I start to search for the right property
I only contact you once I’ve found a property that may suit your needs and passes my initial assessment.
If you are happy with my property recommendation, then I proceed to complete a more detailed assessment. If the property passes my detailed assessment then and only then will I recommend that you proceed to purchase.
Organize conveyancing and building inspection
Step 3
Proceed to negotiate the sale or bid at auction on your behalf.
If required, purchase the property on your behalf as a nominee, if you are away on holiday or are unable to make the signing of the contract.
